Pros: excellent quality, pretty good prices, and a solid selection which they continue to expand. In some cases (not all) seafood items are half the cost vs. elsewhere, not to mention products being shipped from west coast (TT doesn't charge for deliveries). Cons: they try very hard with customer service, but some may find this a bit frustrating. Most of the products are poorly described (sometimes lacking source, genus, etc.), but in several instances I know where they're sourcing from, so I'm more than satisfied with the quality. More Cons: Worth mentioning, which I'm imagine they'll address or fix at some point: - they've twice cancelled our delivery because they were either too busy or decided it was too far (their software having failed to identify this AFTER confirming and scheduling the order). - packaging appears an afterthought (or no thought). Everything arrives as if tossed into the same well insulated styro box - and I do mean tossed. Soft items being crushed by heavy ones sharing same space, some otherwise fresh non frozen items may have spent several hrs. next to dry ice, and thusly half frozen etc. Oh yeah.. most of the customer service and even some labels / descriptions are in mandarin, so hopefully you've a translator on hand? NET NET, we're in the middle of a pandemic. The food is fresh, prices excellent (for the high quality) and they're trying - so five stars!
Cannot praise and recommend this place enough. I have done many orders so far and each time it does not disappoint. I once had a last minute order and called in the office and they arranged for same day delivery for and it saved me a trip and time to hunt down the seafoods I wanted to cook the same night. Just this past Friday, I had order 8 medium lobsters, 10 abalones and 3 lbs of Manila clams. I forgot I didn't have enough room in my fridge to store them overnight for Saturday lunch. I called Selena at the office and she arranged for extra dey ice packs and a foam cooler for me. These little gesture means a lot. Cannot wait to make another order.
Glad to find them and have them to deliver live seafood to home at New Jersey. They only serves certain areas in NJ, and I glad that I am within the range. They deliver live seafood that are hard to find or just never available in NJ: - live mud crabs. - live King crab (in a very good price.) - live shrimps

Always the best and fresh seafood. We ordered many times during this pandemic. Very reasonable price and good service. Will definitely keep ordering. They have tropical fruits u cant find in the market. I also referred them to my friends and family and they are all satisfied too
